CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota on Wednesday confronted a Texas Republican lawmaker over inaction on gun violence, directly asking him why the state's legislature seemingly puts more vigor toward stripping women's access to abortion than it does in protecting schoolchildren. “What we want to know is what your solution is,” Camerota asked state Rep. A 35-page class-action lawsuit, filed in the US district court for the Eastern District of New York, claims that Wendy's exaggerates the thickness of its beef patties and the amount of burger toppings it uses in its ads. WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Ford Motor Co will pay $19.2 million to resolve allegations it falsely advertised real-world fuel economy and payload capacity for some hybrids and pickup trucks, the Iowa Attorney General's Office said on Tuesday. In 2013, Ford lowered the advertised fuel economy ratings on its C-Max hybrid by up to seven miles per gallon and sent checks to owners of $550 to make up the difference in fuel costs. "For years, Ford advertised impressive fuel economy and payload capacity for its cars and trucks,” Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller said.
