Feb. 12—UGI Utilities

Christopher R. Brown has been named vice president, finance and chief financial officer of UGI Utilities, effective Jan. 16. In this role, Brown reports to UGI Corp. Chief Financial Officer Ted Jastrzebski and works closely with UGI Utilities Inc. President Hans Bell as a member of the utility's leadership team.

Brown previously served as vice president and general manager — rates and supply at UGI Utilities, where he led the company through several successful regulatory accomplishments.

Brown joined UGI in 1997 and has held various roles in engineering, marketing, rates and gas supply, customer accounting, call center, field operations, as well as the role of market manager at AmeriGas, a UGI Utilities Inc. sister company. He also served as senior director — operations, UGI Utilities South Region.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College. He also completed Strategy and Management for Competitive Advantage Executive Education at The Wharton School — University of Pennsylvania.

Tower Health

Tom Bartiromo has been named chief information officer (CIO) for Tower Health. He joined Tower Health in May 2022 as vice president and chief technology officer. In his new role, he will expand his executive leadership to cover all phases of information technology systems and services.

Prior to joining Tower Health, Bartiromo served as the senior director of service delivery & optimization at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he provided enterprise-wide direction for device administration, support services, service bars, service center, IT service management, and business continuity services. Prior, he was the chief innovation officer for the Healthcare Division, at the New Jersey Innovation Institute, and served as interim CTO at Hartford HealthCare. Earlier in his career, Bartiromo spent 13 years at RWJBarnabas Health, advancing from corporate director of technology resources to vice president and chief technology officer and ultimately to senior vice president and chief information officer.

ARRO Consulting Inc.

ARRO Consulting Inc., a full-service engineering, environmental, and management consulting firm headquartered in Lititz, recently announced the appointment of Heather Montgomery as its chief financial officer (CFO).

ARRO, which grew exponentially in 2022, will rely on Montgomery's experience as its client base and reach continue to expand.

As CFO of Flinchbaugh Engineering Inc. for the past three years, Montgomery has championed the implementation of new technology to provide better visibility, and drive efficiency improvements.

Previously, while CFO/COO (and ultimately CEO) of Airframes Alaska LLC, Montgomery grew the company by 899% over seven years through several mergers and acquisitions, the development of new product lines, and the improvement of sales and marketing methods.

Montgomery graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alaska Southeast with a BBA in accounting. She obtained her first C-level role at age 31, and was featured in a CNN Money article about female C-level executives in male-dominated industries.

Montgomery serves on the board of directors for LifePath Ministries, which provides housing and support to the homeless population of York.

S&T Bank

Joshua A. Oswald has been named vice president, commercial business banker for S&T Bank. In his new role, Oswald is responsible for the development of banking relationships, and the promotion of products and services within the southeastern Pennsylvania region. He previously held the title of credit union relationship manager.

Oswald is a graduate of Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Solve IT Solutions

Emily E. Unruh has joined Solve IT Solutions LLC as chief financial officer (CFO). In her new role, Unruh's duties include handling all aspects of the company's accounting and finance matters, as well as assisting with making decisions regarding the direction in which the business is headed.

Unruh brings with her more than 20 years in the financial industry. In her last role as chief financial officer for The Performance Group in Ephrata, Lancaster County, she worked closely with leadership professionals, including the company president/CEO to establish a growth plan, developed annual budgets, prepared financial statements, trending and profitability reports. She also oversaw accounting functions including payroll, fixed assets and reconciliations.

Unruh graduated from Elizabethtown College on 2001 with a B.S. in accounting, and from the University of Phoenix's online program in 2010 with an MBA in Business Administration concentrated in accounting.
