Feb. 26—Gateway Ticketing

Sharon Parker has joined Gateway Ticketing Systems Inc. as

senior manager of marketing. Her expertise in the attractions industry will be a great addition to the company as it continues to grow its branding and marketing footprint.

Before joining Gateway, Parker spent 15-years at Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor serving in various roles, more recently as general manager. She also served as the director of marketing and entertainment, as well as manager of communications. Parker managed the development and execution of all aspects of marketing the Six Flags brand for the original theme park location, developed short and long-term marketing plans and oversaw all aspects of external communications. As general manager, she was responsible for leadership and execution of strategic park operations.

Prior to Six Flags, Parker was external communications coordinator of The Fort Worth Independent School District. In addition, she brings 10 years of on-air news anchor, general assignment reporting and editing experience from her tenure at KWTX-TV.

Berks County Community Foundation

Berks County Community Foundation recently expanded its program team with the addition of two employees, Cindy Milian, as the Health and Human Services Program officer and Emily Smedley is the new Environment and Energy Program officer.

Milian is a first-generation American-born Latina with more than 20 years of experience working with a variety of culturally diverse environments in her previous role as a caseworker and supervisor for Berks County Children and Youth Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.

As the Health and Human Services Program officer, she is responsible for developing and implementing public health and human services initiatives that will positively impact the community.

Smedley's career has spanned eight years of educating audiences about social and environmental problems and managing the programs that keep impactful work moving. She will manage programs and grants that relate to the environment, land use, and neighborhood vitality. She also oversees the Metropolitan Edison Company Sustainable Energy Fund and is an advocate for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in the community.

Smedley graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and digital media studies and a minor in marketing.

Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys

Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys in Spring Township, has named two associates — Michael M. Monsour and Michael C. Kochkodin — as shareholders with the firm.

Monsour, who lives in Wyomissing with his wife and two children, has been an associate with the firm since 2006. He received a bachelor's degree from Lemoyne College and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Monsour is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, personal injuries, products liability, insurance subrogation and construction disputes.

Kochkodin, from Clearfield County, has been an associate with the firm since 2008. He received a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kochkodin concentrates his practice in general civil litigation, including business, personal injury, municipal, and insurance litigation.

Fromm

Fromm, a leading independent electrical distributor in the Mid-Atlantic Region, named Justin LeClair as director of purchasing and Michael Evanko as vice president of marketing.

As director of purchasing, LeClair is responsible for overseeing the process of sourcing and procuring materials to supply customers across the company's eight locations. He will work to enhance purchasing efficiency and product strategy through process improvement strategies.

Evanko was reappointed to the role of vice president of marketing, returning to Fromm after serving two years as director of E-commerce at The Institutes. He will work with Fromm's marketing efforts to help drive profitable sales, establish a strong market presence, and create a solid brand identity.

Evanko is a graduate of Penn State University and in his free time he is an avid fly fisherman.
