Mar. 19—Tower Health

Jenna Pacini has been named chief executive officer of Tower Behavioral Health, a provider of mental health services in southeastern Pennsylvania. She succeeds Stephanie Lee, who has been named division president, specialty operations of Acadia Healthcare.

Most recently, Pacini served as CEO of Geisinger Behavioral Health Center Northeast, where she was instrumental in the operational planning of their new facility set to open later this year. She has held numerous leadership positions at major health systems over the course of her career, including the role of COO at Belmont Behavioral Health System. There, she played a critical part in growing the hospital to become the largest free-standing psychiatric teaching hospital in the region.

Pacini has a master's degree in organizational and strategic leadership from Neumann University and a bachelor's degree in business from The Pennsylvania State University.

BM Technologies

Luvleen Sidhu, chairwoman CEO and founder of BM Technologies Inc. has been nominated for the Women in Payments Award in the innovation category. The Women in Payments Award for innovation is presented to a woman who has promoted payments innovation through creativity, vision, and perseverance in her organization or the payments industry.

Women in Payments, a global organization, holds an awards program that celebrates and honors the achievements of women making waves in the payment industry around the globe, providing women a platform for recognition and celebration in a predominately male industry.

As a woman in a male-dominated industry, Sidhu, at 34, was the youngest female to take a company public at the time of its listing in January 2021. Under her leadership, BM Technologies is one of the first publicly traded neobanking fintechs.

Winners will be announced at the Association for Women in Payments' symposium in Arlington, Va. on March 27.

McCarthy Engineering Associates Inc.

McCarthy Engineering Associates Inc. has announced that three of its team members — Connor Becker, EIT, project engineer; Kyle Coldren, EIT, project engineer; and Anderson Deutschman, EIT, project engineer — recently passed their Fundamentals of Engineering exam. They have earned the title Engineer In Training (EIT), the first step in reaching the goal of becoming licensed professional engineers.

To qualify for the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, individuals must be in, or have graduated, from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program. Individuals can then work toward earning their professional engineering license.

EITs must work under a professional engineer for four years before taking a Principles and Practice of Engineering Exam (PE) to earn the licensed professional engineer designation.

Saxton & Stump

Saxton & Stump attorney Kiandra D. Steffy has been named to the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board. The board is responsible for the administration of rules pertaining to the continuation of legal education for attorneys in the state and is an agency of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

The term of the board position runs through Jan. 1, 2026.

Steffy is senior counsel in the Saxton & Stump Labor and Employment, Title IX, Investigations and Criminal Defense, Education and Commercial Litigation groups. Steffy earned her J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Kinsley Properties

The board of directors for York-based Kinsley Enterprises has named Kevin Snelbaker as the new president of Kinsley Properties, a Mid-Atlantic leader in real estate development and management. The announcement was made following the death of longtime president Tim Kinsley, who died in a January avalanche while skiing in British Columbia, Canada.

Snelbaker has spent the past three years serving as the company's CFO. In that role, he has led the financial management of the organization, including lending relationships for debt financing related to existing properties and new construction projects entering the company's Mid-Atlantic portfolio.

Before joining Kinsley Properties, Snelbaker spent 28 years in commercial real estate for several banks holding various positions. Snelbaker, a York native, is a Penn State University graduate and received his MBA in finance from York College.
