Oct. 2—Wolf, Baldwin & Associates

Attorney Lee F. Mauger has joined the firm of Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C. He is the 10th attorney at the firm and will focus his practice on estate planning and administration.

Mauger has been practicing law in Pottstown for more than 40 years. A Pottstown native and Hill School graduate, he received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978, and his Juris Doctorate in 1981 from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle. After working with the Montgomery County Public Defender's office, Mauger joined the firm founded by his father, L. Stanley Mauger.

Mauger has been a partner at several firms in Pottstown, including Mauger and Major and Mauger and Meter, entering solo practice in 2020 before joining Wolf, Baldwin.

He has also served on several local community boards, including the Pottstown Library, and was former president of the Pottstown Area Lawyers Association. He is former vice-chairman of the North Coventry Planning Commission, and currently serves in that capacity with the Union Township Planning Commission in Berks County.

JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking

Alyssa (Conahan) Redding has joined JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking as a vice president in Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI). In this role, she will focus on business development and relationship management for middle market businesses in Berks County and Central Pennsylvania. Redding has spent more than nine years in commercial banking, providing comprehensive financial solutions and strategic guidance to her clients and prospects.

Redding holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University in Bethlehem. She graduated from the Leadership Berks program in 2018 and the Leadership Lancaster Executive Class in 2019. She serves on the board of The Junior League of Reading, and Girls on the Run of Berks County and sits on the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance's Women2Women Council.

Tower Health

Michael Stern, FACHE, has joined the executive leadership team of Tower Health as chief operating officer.

Stern joins Tower Health from the MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio, where he has served in senior leadership since 2015, most recently in the role of executive vice president and chief operating officer of the system's hospital division. MetroHealth is a large public health system that includes a main campus medical center serving more than 500 inpatients per day and more than 100,000 emergency department visits annually.

He also spent four years at Einstein Healthcare Network as vice president for healthcare services and worked for many years as a leader in acute care hospitals, physical rehabilitation centers, and physician services in the New York City region.

Stern holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Clark University and the University of Massachusetts Medical School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Hofstra University.

Albright College

Adelle Schade, dean of pre-college and summer programs and founder of the Science Research Institute at Albright College has been named a recipient of the Whitaker Center's Women in STEM Game Changer award.

The Whitaker Center recognizes women in Central Pennsylvania that have made an impact in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math through the 2022 Women of Impact: Celebrating Women in STEM awards program. The Game Changer award is bestowed on a woman that has made an impact in their STEM field with an emphasis on inspiring others in the community.

Learning from a 25-year career in education and holding degrees in health and physical education (B.S.), biology education (M.Ed.), microbiology (M.S.) Adelle Schade employs a unique, student-driven model for K-12 students through the Albright College Science Research Institute. The K-12 and higher education collaboration empowers students in the city of Reading and Berks County to create, innovate, explore and invent through authentic, hands-on learning experiences with leaders and professors, as well as Albright undergraduates who serve as mentors.

Her Total Experience Learning (TEL) model is designed to provide opportunities for authentic learning through experiences while improving and refining research skills, literacy, communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking.

Fromm

Jennifer Donnell has been named director of human capital for Fromm, a leading independent electrical distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region. In her role, Donnell will be responsible for recruitment, benefits and compensation administration, training and talent development.

Donnell holds a bachelor's degree from John Hopkins University, a Master of Science degree in business management and human resources from Purdue University and a doctorate in education from Liberty University.
