Gordon Ramsay and his fellow hosts and judges Paul Ainsworth and Nyesha Arrington will be looking for a winner to bag £100,000 as well as a money-can't-buy year of mentoring from all three of them.

As usual, the episode will see the finalists compete across the three-storey kitchen, with the latest in culinary equipment available on the top floor and the absolute basics needed to prepare a meal in the basement – meaning contestants' skills will be tested in every environment.

In the finale, each of them will race against the clock to create a stunning three-course meal in just 90 minutes.

Each cook must present a starter, main and dessert, but it is left up to them to decide how they want to divide their time and the efforts they will put into each dish.

Ramsay is known for his high standards, but as all three judges have mentored the cooks throughout the series, they'll be rooting for them all to do well.

Next Level Chef's final airs tonight, 2 March, at 9pm on ITV1.
