NFL Playoff Picture: Chiefs clinch AFC West in OT while Jaguars make AFC South a two-team race

The NFL playoff picture is shaking out and forming as the league approaches the final four weeks of the regular season.

There have already been some clinched playoff berths and divisions this week. The 49ers clinched the NFC West on Thursday with the win over Seattle. The Vikings' comeback over Indianapolis clinched the NFC North for the Norse. Buffalo's snowy win over Miami clinched the Bills' playoff berth.

And there will be more on Sunday.
