NH Liquor Stores: 13 Percent Discount Through Labor Day
CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet stores are currently offering a discount targeting out-of-staters. The "No Taxation On Our Libations" promotion runs through Labor Day September 3. Coupons are sent through email on a state website.
"We want to reward our customers with something extra by giving you our neighboring state’s sales tax back," liquor commission officials said in a statement.
The promotion offers a 13 percent discount for New Hampshire residents. For residents of other states, the promotion offers a discount reflecting twice a state's sales tax, up to 13 percent. The discount is applied to purchases up to $149.99. For more expensive purchases, the discount is $25.
