Sept 17 (The Sports Xchange) - Minnesota Wild goaltender Josh Harding is out indefinitely after suffering a fractured right foot on Sunday. Surgery will not be required to repair the foot, which Harding injured during an off-ice incident. - - The San Jose Sharks re-signed defenseman Justin Braun to a five-year contract extension on Wednesday. The extension, which will commence next season, places Braun, 27, under contract with the Sharks through the 2019-20 season. - - The Edmonton Oilers hired former Olympic champion David Pelletier as a skating coach on Wednesday.
