Sept 17 (The Sports Xchange) - Minnesota Wild goaltender Josh Harding is out indefinitely after suffering a fractured right foot on Sunday. Surgery will not be required to repair the foot, which Harding injured during an off-ice incident. - - The San Jose Sharks re-signed defenseman Justin Braun to a five-year contract extension on Wednesday. The extension, which will commence next season, places Braun, 27, under contract with the Sharks through the 2019-20 season. - - The Edmonton Oilers hired former Olympic champion David Pelletier as a skating coach on Wednesday. Pelletier is best known for winning the Olympic gold in pairs figure skating along with partner Jamie Sale at the 2002 Salt Lake City Games. (Editing by Frank Pingue)
