Nia Sioux Of ‘Dance Moms’ Just Crossed Alpha Kappa Alpha: ‘The Yard Just Got A Whole Lot Prettier’

Nia Sioux, former star of Lifetime’s Dance Moms, has become a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

As a member of this prestigious sorority herself, Holly Hatcher-Frazier inspired the UCLA senior. In celebration, Sioux posted a slide of images featuring her in a pink and green outfit and her mom posing — all smiling.

As part of the Instagram carousel post, Sioux showcased some of her line sisters who crossed with her. She celebrated with some AKA branded balloons and sported sparkly hot pink boots.

“The yard just got a whole lot prettier💕💚,” Sioux wrote in her Instagram post.

Sioux’s family, friends and fans congratulated her on her significant accomplishment in the comments. On Lifetime’s hit show, Sioux and Hatcher-Frazier have won the hearts of many reality television fans.

Hatcher-Frazier left a comment on her daughter’s post.

“My legacy 💖💚 My pretty girl 💖💚,” she wrote.

Holly posted several pictures on Instagram to honor her daughter following her legacy. Like any proud parent, the 53-year-old soror posted all the weekend events.

“My daughter is my Soror 💖💚,” Holly wrote in her post. “Please congratulate my Soror Nia Sioux as she crosses and joins the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.”

The 22-year-old studies American literature at UCLA and started her acting career in 2021, starring in the Lifetime movie Imperfect High. When Nia was nine years old, she and her mom joined the first season of Dance Moms. Having built a large following on social media through her dancing videos, she now has millions of followers on Instagram and TikTok.
