'It's True': Niall Horan Responds After Girl Says Nile River is Named For Him

Niall Horan jokingly claimed Africa’s longest river was named after him in response to a TikTok video in which a young girl wins a round of trivia by recalling the Nile River as “the one named after the One Direction guy.”

The video, by content creator Dominic DiTanna, caught the attention of the singer on Twitter, where he said “It’s true. It was named after me.”

The video shows DiTanna qiuzzing two girls named Bella and Hayden on the longest rivers in the world.
