Now that the weather is nice, here are some outdoor activities and events in the Menomonee Falls/Germantown area in June.
Some events require advance registration. Check for updates closer to the date of the event.

World War II Days
What: The event is an event to honor the veterans who served, to learn about World War II and to see a reenactment of the war.
When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 18, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 19. A USO-themed dance and swing band begins at 6 p.m. Saturday. Battle reenactments begin at 2 p.m. both days.
Where: Old Falls Village Park, N96 W15791 County Line Road, Menomonee Falls
Cost: $7 for adults; $3 for children younger than 12 or for active military or veterans and free for children younger than 5. Preregistration is encouraged.

Thursday night car shows
What: Car shows and music
When: 5 p.m. Thursdays, June 16, 23 and 30

Falls Sunset Concert Series
What: Live music, with food and drink available for purchase.
When: 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9, featuring Milwaukee Tool Shed, which plays classic hits to modern musical morsels; and 6 p.m. Thursday, June 23, featuring Bella Cain, a top 40 country band.
Where: Village Park, W156 N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls

David Dubnicka Memorial Classic Car Cruise Night
What: Classic car show with live music
When: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 16.

Lisbon Community Festival
What: Family-friendly event with games and kids activities, live music, a car show and local artisans. There will be food and refreshments for sale.

Second annual Art Walk
What: An art walk through downtown, including chalk artists, artist booths, musicians, street performers and downtown mural tours, whether walking or by passenger van.
When: 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 24

Cost: Free admission
