Mariah Carey will always be Nick Cannon’s baby — even as he gets ready to welcome his ninth child, with another woman.

The “Wild ‘n Out” creator and host, 41, on Tuesday’s episode of “The Hot Tee Talk Show,” said he’d “of course” get back together with the 5-time Grammy winner, 53, given the chance and explained why no other relationship of his will ever measure up to their marriage, which lasted from 2008 to 2016.

“I truly respect the relationship that she’s been in for quite some time [with Bryan Tanaka]. Dude is amazing with my kids and we got family gatherings and things together so I truly respect it. But that, come on, that’s my fantasy love. That’s somebody I will always love. I guess because I’m a true romantic, I’m a true believer in love and I allow the capsules of love to be where they lie,” said Cannon. “I will never have a love like I had with Mariah. And I appreciate that.”

Noting that their relationship, which included the birth of now-11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan, “was literally like a fairy tale,” Cannon said revisiting it could shatter the illusion.

“I’d rather just it be that way and I appreciate that fantasy. Because if I tried to go back and it wasn’t the same, I’d be like, ‘Damn, I messed it up.’ But, if I had the opportunity— if it could be the way it was, I’m there,” he said before referencing two of Carey’s most notable hits, “‘Always Be My Baby.’ ... ‘We Belong Together.’”

Cannon last month confirmed he is expecting his ninth child and teased that he might soon welcome even more kids, adding, that the “stork is on the way.”

Model Abby De La Rosa, 31, is currently expecting a child in October and though she did not confirm it’s with Cannon during a recent Instagram Live stint, she alluded to that.

Cannon is also still mourning the death of baby boy Zen, who he welcomed last year with model Alyssa Scott. The multi-hyphenate also shares son Golden “Sagon,” 5, and daughter Powerful Queen with ex Brittany Bell. Last year, Cannon and De La Rosa welcomed twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir.
