The father of hip hop superstar Nicki Minaj has reportedly died after a car struck him on Long Island and fled.
Robert Maraj was a pedestrian when he was hit by the vehicle Friday, TMZ reported.
He died reportedly at a local hospital over the weekend. He was 64.
Witnesses have not been able to give a detailed description of the driver, Nassau County Police said.
His daughter, known for hits such as “Super Bass” and “Starships,” has not publicly commented.
