Nicknadarvich, Sisson grab 1st place at Kissimmee Bass Series Seniors event

Mike Nicknadarvich and Lee Sisson had 28.21 pounds to win first place during the Kissimmee Bass Series Seniors tournament on Oct. 14 on the Kissimmee Chain. Verbon Goble was second with 15.63 pounds. Mike Nicknadarvich took big bass with a 6.09-pounder.

Sam Cooper had 9.71 pounds to win first place during the Florida Crappie Club tournament on Nov. 12 at lakes Lochloosa and Orange. Tony Strollo and Tim Stephens were second with 7.97 pounds and also had big fish with a 1.87-pounder. Mike Washington was third with 7.96 pounds.

Andrew Hall and Will Brown had 32.50 pounds to win first place in the Camp Mack Guy Harvey Lodge, Marina & RV Resort 2022 Bonfire Tournament Series Bonfire Shootout on Nov. 4-5 at Lake Kissimmee. Joe Hackett and Chad Wagner were second with 24.22 pounds. Jay Madden and Rick Henthorn were third with 19.48 pounds. Andrew Hall took big bass a 5.64-pounder.

Nicholas Whitten had 10.11 pounds and also had big fish with a 1.30-pounder to win the Country Boys Fishing LLC Club Sunday Open Speck Tournament on Nov. 6 on Lake Ariana. Mike Kirkland took second place with 8.30 pounds.

Tim Stephens had big fish with this 1.87-pound speckled perch to help him and his partner Tony Strollo to a total weight of 7.97 pounds and a second place finish during the Florida Crappie Club tournament Nov. 12 at lakes Lochloosa and Orange.

Reed Wells and Jeff Knez had 7.25 pounds to win first place during the Hoppy’s Marine CATCH’EM CRAPPIE tournament on Nov. 12 on the Kissimmee Chain. Mike Byrd, Kevin Byrd and Doug Garrard were second with 7.17 pounds Tri Johnson and Rick Johnson were third with 7.16 pounds. Travis Cliett, Nick Cliett and Jimbo Coogler had big fish with a 1.58-pounder.

Joe Magnatta and Keith Howlett had 15.09 pounds to win first place during the Wednesday Open Bass Series tournament on Nov. 9 on the Winter Haven South Chain. Brent Ginther and Carlos Gonzalez took second place with 12.06 pounds. Justin Baeten Sr. and Justin Baeten Jr. were third with 12.02 pounds and also had big bass with a 5.01-pounder.

Josh Coleman and John Rubas had 13.12 pounds to win the Fishing Misfits’ classic tournament on Nov. 12 on Lake Fannie. Drew Carter and Ed Stephens took second place with 12.04 pounds. Johnny Johnson placed third with 10.15 pounds and also had big bass with a 4.12-pounder.

Brandon Robinson and Heather Robinson had 15.90 pounds and also had big bass with a 4.42-pounder to win the Polk County Bass Anglers Club open tournament on Nov. 12 on Lake Juliana. Mike Ceranski and Mark Murphy took second place with 11.88 pounds.

Chris Bishop and Jim Bishop had 11.80 pounds to win the Country Boys Fishing LLC Sunday Open tournament on Nov. 13 at Lake Alfred. Roger Haslett and Dustin Vaughn took second place with 10.90 pounds. Darrell Rogers and Bobby Brannen placed third with 9.13 pounds and also had big bass with a 4.15-pounder.

The next Polk County Bass Assassins tournament will be their season-ending classic on Nov. 19 on the Harris Chain of Lakes. Launch is at safe daylight and weigh-in is at 3 p.m. Club membership fee is $50 per boat and $55 per tournament entry fee. The Country Boys Fishing LLC Club will host a benefit tournament for the family of Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Blaine Lane on Nov. 20 on the Winter Haven Chain out of Lake Shipp. Entry fee is 80$ per boat. Time is safe light to 1 p.m. Raffles will be held. Food and beverages will also be for sale. Proceeds will go to benefit the family of Deputy Lane. The next Wednesday Open Bass Series tournament is on Nov. 23 on the Winter Haven North Chain out of Lake Haines. Entry fee is $30 per boat with 100% payback with exemptions. FWC rules apply. The ninth annual Toys for Tots 4-Man Team Open Tournament is on Dec. 4. at Lake Kissimmee out of the Camp Mack Guy Harvey Resort. The tournament fee is $260 per team. Anglers must fish as teams of four in two separate boats. Each angler is asked to please bring a new unwrapped toy for donation. The next Toho First Sunday of the Month Team Trail tournament is on Dec. 4 on Lake Toho out of the city ramp. This tournament is open to the first 50 boats. The Fishing Misfits will host an open tournament on Dec. 10 on Lake Parker out of the Lake Parker Park ramp. No boats allowed over 115 horsepower and no pro anglers or guides are permitted. The next CATCH’EM CRAPPIE tournament, held by Hoppy’s Marine, is on Dec. 10 on the Kissimmee Chain out of Port Hatchineha. Time is safe light to noon. Up to four anglers per boat with a $60 fee per boat, plus $5 ramp fee. Heaviest six fish go toward place prizes and big fish. The next Florida Crappie Club tournament is on Dec. 17 on the Rodman Reservoir out of the Kenwood boat ramp. Entry fee is $60 per boat for seven-fish aggregate and big fish. The next Sunshine State Crappie Trail tournament is on Dec. 10 at Lake George. One-time season membership fee is $50 and tournament entry fee is $100.
