The reggaetonero, aka Nick Rivera Caminero, closed last week on a sprawling condo at the Elysee, a super glam residence meant to attract the “New Miami.”

Price tag: $4.1 million.

Worth it? Locals may think so. Not only does the Elysee offer such first-class amenities as a resort-style lap pool, outdoor cocktail lounge and sleek gym with spa, the telescope-shaped building is also super geographically attractive.

Nicky, who sold his mansion for $3.1 million on Palm Island back in late 2020, won’t need to be near one of our famous hellaciously clogged highways, like ever. The rapper is now close to the action in downtown, Wynwood, the Design District and the beach.

The “El Amante” singer will have room to work and play at this waterfront three bedroom, three and a half bathroom unit — with more than 3,100 square footage.

In the unlikely event of cabin fever, the 42-year-old father of four can stroll over to David Grutman’s new resto Casadonna, grab a show at the Arsht Center or check up on his La Industria bakery, at Bayside Marketplace.
