Is there anything Nicole Kidman can't do when it comes to curating the perfect Hollywood outfit? It seems like she'll always find new ways to show off her flair for fashion.
Back in November 2016, the Big Little Lies alum proved this exact point when she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The Australian actress was there to promote her film Lion, and she left the audience gasping when she wore a black Oliver Theyskens shift dress for the occasion. It featured see-though lace sleeves detailed with a floral pattern.
The motif carried through to the bottom portion, with sheer material hitting right below the Moulin Rouge! star's knee. The bodice of the ensemble was an opaque black with a high neckline and went down the front, creating a panel. Completed with a high slit down the left leg, Nicole's attire was both dressy and casual for a late night out.
When it came to accessories, Nicole pulled out all the stops. Along with a pair of strappy peep-toe stiletto heels, the Nine Perfect Strangers actress slipped on a number of cocktail rings for jewelry. She styled her blonde hair in her signature beach waves and pulled everything together with natural-looking makeup.
The highlight of the night wasn't just her gorgeous outfit. At one point, host Jimmy Fallon pulled her husband Keith Urban onstage to play a game called the "Jinx Challenge." In the segment, Nicole and Jimmy picked random categories as they tried to guess the same answer. But before putting their telepathic skills to the test, Nicole and Keith shared a sweet couple moment.
"I'll sit on your lap for this," she told her Keith. "Happy wife, happy life, Jimmy," he said. As Nicole and Jimmy played the game, she kept discussing her answers with Keith, who shared his opinion after each round. Unsurprisingly, the country singer and TV host also shared a few bonding moments together.
One thing is for sure: Nicole is the ultimate fashionista, even when it's only for a short time on national television.
