Asisat Oshoala made a return from injury as her Barcelona side pipped Bayern Munich 1-0 in the Uefa Women's Champions League semifinal first leg on Sunday.
The Nigeria international has been sidelined since March 17 due to a hamstring she picked in her side's shock 2-1 victory at leaders Atletico Madrid.
As a result, the 25-year-old has not featured in her side's last six games, including the quarter-final double-header against Lillestrom in the Champions League.
She also missed out on the Nigeria women's team for the 2019 Women's World Cup preparation camp in Spain, where they played Icelandic side UMF Selfoss and Canada earlier April.
The Super Falcons forward came on as a substitute, replacing Toni Duggan in the 64th minute and ensured that LIuis Cortes' ladies gained a first-leg advantage in Munich.
Cortes' side will hope to avoid defeat when they welcome Bayern Munich in the second leg at Mini Estadi on Sunday, April 28.
Before the reserve fixture, Barcelona will aim to continue their title bid against Sevilla at the same venue on Wednesday.
Oshoala's return will be a major boost for the Nigerian women's team as they continue their preparations for the 2019 Women's World Cup.
