Nikki Bella is folding up her tiny WWE jersey for good.

Following in the footsteps of her twin Brie Bella, the two-time Divas wrestling champion just announced that she's retiring from the sport after a 12-year-long career.

The announcement came on the season finale of Nikki and Brie's show, Total Bellas, following Nikki's return from her most recent European tour. "The travel was really, really rough," Nikki said during a family dinner. "So I realized, I was like, why am I doing this? I don't feel good."

Nikki explained that the tour gave her a ton of time to think, particularly about how her now 35-year-old body feels, how she's away from her companies, and how much time goes into her wrestling career. "I just feel like I'm too old," she emphasized. Note: She's just 35! (But gosh, that sentiment is relatable!)

"The girls are doing amazing things over there," she added. "I really am ready to hang up the jersey, I can say it fully." Brie supported her decision: "We can just hang up our boots together!" she responded.

Nikki didn't go into too much detail about what's next for her, but it sounds like the twins' fashion brand, Birdiebee, will be one of several business pursuits to benefit from her newly found free time. Their wine label, Belle Radici, should also see some fresh love.

Personally, I'm bummed that now both badass brunettes won't be throwing down with the WWE anymore. But I can't wait to see where Nikki (and Brie, too, btw) end up. Let's be honest: They're going to dominate that ring too.
