Approved zone changes.
DISCUSSION: Property located at Daisy Street and Broadway Avenue NE is being changed from single family residential R-1 to multi-family R-2 at the request of K&K Enterprises.
Land at 4175 Fargo Ave. NE will become B-3 at the back of the lot from R-1 residential. The owner requested the change but the Stark County Regional Planning Commission opted for a B-2 recommendation. The Board of Zoning Appeals approved a B-3 designation, which the trustees approved.
Trustee George Kiko abstained from voting on both measures since Kiko Auctioneers auctioned both properties.
OTHER ACTION:
Approved payments to Huntington Bank of $438.38 for monthly service charges, $880.64 to Paychex for payroll and W-2 processing, and $372.04 to AultCare for an overpayment by Ohio Billing. Fiscal Officer Todd Bosley is attempting to negotiate a discount rate from Paychex and will report at a later meeting.
Tabled expenditures from the American Rescue Plan Act pending further study.
Approved road, zoning reports, and prior meeting minutes for both the organizational and regular meetings of Jan. 6 and 13.
