KEY ACTION: Learned of stormwater permit requirements.

DISCUSSION: John Weedon and Sarah Metheny of the Stark Soil and Water Conservation District explained the new requirements for the township to receive a MS4 permit.

There are six performance requirements that include both public education and involvement, illicit discharge requirements, control of runoff, construction runoff and post construction management.
