  • To stay fit Nina does a mix of boxing, weight-training, running, and yoga.

Nina Dobrev isn't shying away from a little leg action. The actress, 33, shared a photo of herself backstage at The Ellen DeGeneres Show wearing a scarlet blazer and matching skirt. Nina completed the look with a pair of chunky black boots and a bold red lip. She shared two photos, with the second one showing Nina raising her leg in the air.

She captioned her post, "raise a leg if you’re excited to be on @theellenshow today for the first timeeeeee 🙋🏻♀️."

Fans were quick to share their reactions with one user saying, "LOVE THIS. 😍 👏." While another commented, "beautiful legs."

Nina's sculpted legs come as no surprise. The Love Hard star is huge on getting her workouts in. In 2017, she became the newest ambassador for the Reebok Les Mills Tribe and did several "#LIKENINA" circuit training videos with their team. She also did a workout video with Zac Efron for his "Gym Time w/ Zac Efron" series in 2019.

In an interview with Women's Health, Nina shared that she mixes up her fitness routine, describing it as a "workout cocktail" that consists of yoga, running, weight training, boxing, and group classes.

She also prioritizes a healthy diet. Just last year, Nina revealed in Harpers Bazaar's "Food Diaries" series that one of her favorite meals is a grilled corn salad with zucchini, asparagus, scallions, tomatoes, and avocado that she gets from a local restaurant.

But a major key in Nina's fitness regimen is portion control. She noted that with the help of her coach, she now eats more than she used to without feeling tired and full afterward.

She told Shape, "Now, I eat all the time but portion control is what's important for me—I'm eating more in total but not more at a time. Lissa [Nina's trainer at Les Mills] coached me through it, but basically, I aim to have the size of my thumb in fat, the size of my palm in protein, and then unlimited veggies. I wish I'd learned this in school."

Same, Nina. Same.
