Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter’s Mom Ordered to Attend AA, Facing Jail for DUI

The mother of Nipsey Hussle‘s daughter is looking at time behind bars after her probation was revoked for blowing off her DUI classes.

Tanisha Foster, the mother of 10-year-old Emani, was in court Thursday in L.A. for a bench warrant hearing after a missed court date earlier this month.

Luckily, the judge recalled the bench warrant, however the court is still moving to revoke her probation for a 2017 DUI because Tanisha hasn’t completed the required programs in the case.

The judge has ordered her to go back and re-enroll in her DUI class, as well as sign up for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

She is also ordered to attend AA meetings, and a probation violating hearing has been set for July. If Tanisha’s probation is officially revoked, she could be remanded into custody, which could also severely impact her battle against Nipsey’s family to get custody of her daughter.
