Paul Skenes made his Bradenton Marauders debut at LECOM Park on Tuesday.
The No. 1 draft pick in the 2023 MLB Draft threw a scoreless inning for the Marauders, a Single-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The right-hander gave up one hit, but struck out two.
But it wasn’t just about Skenes.
His rumored girlfriend is social media influencer and LSU gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne. She was spotted sitting behind home plate in the LECOM Park stands.

Dunne, 20, is arguably the most famous female athlete in the country. She has 7.7 million followers on TikTok and 4.3 million followers on Instagram. Dunne’s reported net worth is in the $2.3 million range, according to Parade, off her 2022 earnings from an NIL deal and paid social media sponsorship posts. It makes her the highest-paid NCAA female athlete.
Dunne made her debut as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model in 2023.
Meanwhile, Skenes signed a record $9.2 million signing bonus after the Pirates selected him No. 1 overall. He guided LSU to the College World Series title in June.
Dunne made social media posts from the CWS venues in Omaha, Nebraska, at the time, too.
The rumors swirled about their potential relationship after Skenes pitched for the FCL Pirates and his glove was spotted in one of Dunne’s posts where she was wearing a Pirates hat and eating Chick-fil-A.
