No. 11 California women's gymnastics gets the win at Washington, continuing strong start to the season

No. 11 California women's gymnastics earned its second win of the year, taking down Washington 196.675-195.450 on Saturday, January 22nd in Seattle. Reigning national champion Maya Bordas scored a 9.9 on the uneven bars for California early in the meet. Bordas' excellent performance was matched by Washington's Skylar Killough-Wilhelm who also earned a 9.9 on the bars. With the win, Cal improves to 2-0 on the year.
