The national side’s shortlist includes 27 players, with five more on the reserve list.

One of the Blue-and-Yellow’s leaders and best players, Oleksandr Zinchenko, was not included as he is out for the season due to injury.

The team has yet to name a head coach for the fixtures, though the UAF said that would happen soon.

Currently, the acting manager of the Ukrainian national team is Ruslan Rotan, who led the team in the opening match of the Euro 2024 qualifiers against England (0:2).

Earlier, NV reported that former Dynamo Kyiv star Serhiy Rebrov, who heads the UAE-based Al Ain, is likely to take over as the head coach of the Ukrainian national team.

The national team of Ukraine will start training on June 8 in Bremen, Germany and will play the Germans in a friendly warm-up game on June 12.

The EURO 2024 qualifiers against North Macedonia and Malta will take place on June 16 and 19, respectively.
