The popular Canton pizzeria is well known for its crisp, chewy crust and, of course, its high-quality ingredients that owner Edward Bosco says are the same products that are used in Italy. Neapolitan pizza is the name of the game at Verde with its very thin crust and big, fluffy, airy dough. They keep the same tradition of simple, peasant food recipes and pair that with a commitment to the community they love. The Bosco family moved to Baltimore in July 2009.
