No hope yet for NFL fans at MetLife Stadium, but Giants planning for all contingencies
NFL fans aren’t returning to MetLife Stadium anytime soon, but the Giants are preparing for when they do.
The organization sent a comprehensive survey to season ticket holders this past Wednesday that included an entire section on fans’ preferences for a new hypothetical gameday experience impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Giants asked fans to specify all services they consider “necessary for you to feel safe on Giants gamedays at MetLife Stadium.”
Giants faithful could choose items such as “disciplinary action” against fans who break protocols; hand sanitizer and face coverings provided by the Giants; physical distancing enforcement; mandatory health questionnaires; and so on.
