No injuries in Dagsboro mobile home fire, fire marshal's office investigating cause

The residents of a mobile home in Dagsboro escaped a fire without injury Monday morning.

The incident was reported shortly before 7 a.m. in the 30000 block of Power Plant Road. The Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department arrived on the scene to find "heavy fire conditions throughout a single wide trailer with and attached addition," according to a department Facebook post.

Damage is estimated at $5,000.

State fire investigators are working to determine the origin and cause of the fire.
