A new pop-up restaurant has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Lake Caroline, called No Name, can be found at 10220 Technology Blvd. East, Suite 102.

No Name, which bills itself as "Purveyors of Fine Stick Foods," specializes in fried fare on a stick — in particular, corn dogs. On the menu, look for a sizable array of artisanal corn-battered sausages, including beef, bison, turkey and even one infused with cannabidiol. The eatery also offers funnel cakes, salads, sides like bacon cheddar jalapeños and an extensive list of libations.

No Name has already attracted fans thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.

Lanese B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new establishment on Jan. 25, wrote, "Amazing! Corn dogs are literally the best I've ever had anywhere, the people are so friendly and the atmosphere is chic but welcoming."

Yelper Zulie M. added, “Excellent food, drinks, people and vibe. The Jace salad is delicious (beer-battered chicken topped with cotija cheese — are you kidding me?), and I love the jalapeño lemonade! Clean fried food never tasted better."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. No Name is open from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. on Monday-Wednesday and 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on Thursday-Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
