Quote: "Energy technicians and Kyivvodokanal (Kyiv Waterworks) experts have worked all night to restore essential services in the capital.

The water supply has resumed on the city’s left bank. We expect that it will be restored in the first half of the day on the right bank as well.

Around 70% of the capital still has no power."

Details: Klychko noted that energy technicians are doing everything they can to restore power as soon as possible, but the work depends on maintaining balance in Ukraine’s power grid.

Kyiv residents are reporting that some households on the right bank of the Dnipro River have power and water but no heat.

There are problems with mobile service in parts of Kyiv.
