“This means it’s early to sigh with relief; I urge all (citizens) to
appropriately respond to air raid alerts, and avoid needlessly mingling in the streets,” Synehubov said.
“It’s still too dangerous (to come back)! In their retreat, the enemy has mined and booby-trapped everything they could – courtyards, groves, roadsides, even children’s beds,” he added.

“Sappers are diligently sweeping (these areas); I’m asking (civilians) to wait for official reports, before coming back.”
According to Synehubov, the Ukrainian army is now in a counteroffensive near Izyum.
“Area around Izyum remains a major hotspot; Our armed forces are counterattacking there; in some directions, enemy troops are in retreat,” his message reads.
Regional authorities are working to repair damaged infrastructure and provide recently liberated towns with humanitarian aid.
“I’d like to thank volunteers and businesses that are resuming their
operations in Kharkiv oblast, as well as those who remained open; Each and every one of us, is working for our victory, in our lanes,” Synehubov concluded.
