No serious injuries reported after Madison school bus involved in crash on Oak Street

A Madison School bus and a vehicle collided around 4 p.m. Wednesday on Oak Street. No students on the bus were seriously injured. One person in the yellow vehicle was transferred to a local hospital, a Mansfield fire official said.
A Madison School bus and a vehicle collided around 4 p.m. Wednesday on Oak Street. No students on the bus were seriously injured. One person in the yellow vehicle was transferred to a local hospital, a Mansfield fire official said.

Madison Schools Superintendent Rod Petersen said there were no apparent injuries to any of the students who were on the bus which was involved in a crash Wednesday.

A Mansfield Fire Department official said a small, yellow vehicle and the bus collided around 4 p.m. Wednesday along Oak Street.

An individual in the yellow vehicle was transported by squad to a hospital, according to Assistant Mansfield fire Chief Troy Reed.

Mansfield police are on the scene along with firefighters.
