It's no secret that the 2020 Presidential Election will be the biggest one yet. With so much going on the world, it's more important than ever to make sure our voices are heard. So many of our favorite celebs have been taking it one step further and using their platforms for good and Noah Centineo is no exception. Fans may have noticed that he had been using his voice more than ever, particularly after launching his new organization, Favored Nations, back in March. Now they're hoping to get new voters registered during an election where ever vote truly counts.

"There's so many important discussions in this election. Particularly around voting, we want to bring education and awareness to topics like voter suppression and intimidation, the importance of voting locally in addition to the national ballot and the pillars of protecting and celebrating democracy," Favored Nations co-founder Josh Heller told to Seventeen.

Started by Noah, Josh, and Paul Leighton back in March, Favored Nations came from their hope of bringing more topics to light like Black Lives Matter and helping to support other orgs like those who are giving the public access to supplies during to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"There is absolutely something to be celebrated in the arrival of Favored Nations while simultaneously looking forward to its future. Right now, Favored Nations is being constructed as a vehicle fueled by consummation that transports creative expression to the front doors of philanthropy," Noah exclusively told Seventeen. "I think we can agree that the work will never be finished so I am grateful for this step and every other pace that we’ve taken."

"We're a collective of passionate people who give a sh*t about others and the planet. As a non-profit organization, Favored Nations serves to engage and connect our generation to philanthropy and the important issues that can't be ignored," Josh Heller continued.

During the March on Washington on August 28, 2020, a group from volunteers from HeadCount and Tony's Chocolonely got together to try to register as many people to vote for the upcoming election with the help of Favored Nations. Together they hope to bring sign up more people who otherwise wouldn't have registered to vote.

"Tony’s Chocolonely is a soulful, innovative and heart-driven initiative that combines today’s economics with the lessening of human suffering," Noah continued. "Favored Nations aims to be a reflection of their work by a different name and shape. If that’s not a good fit i don’t know what is."

"We've been spending a lot of time learning as much as we can and reflecting on how we can create conversations that are most meaningful," Josh said. "A lot of people feel discouraged right now so we knew that whatever Favored Nations contributed, our goal has been to get people inspired and energized about standing up and using their voices in this election."

Tony's Chocolonely's Chocotruck was on hand to make sure as many people as possible we able to sign up. While it would normally talk about how the cocoa industry is currently causing many workers to live under the poverty line, they changed things up when the pandemic hit.

"When the pandemic broke out in March we decided to switch gears and give back – our Chocotruck team was focused on getting chocolate to first responders and to food banks in the hopes that it could bring some joy during these difficult times," Aidaly Sosa, Head of US Marketing at Tony’s Chocolonely told Seventeen. "Fast forward 5 months we went for a full rebranding of the truck and turned it into a voter registration hub. As a brand one of our main brand values is being outspoken – so we decided to act on that and inspire others to be outspoken and use their voice to vote for a world they want to live in."

Although fans might have not had the chance to check out the Chocotruck, Josh has already hinted at another major partnership with the chocolate brand that will totally be sweet. "We have a surprise collaboration in the works and we can’t wait," he said.

Even though some fans might not be able to vote because they're not 18 yet, Favored Nations are all about using your voice for good, no matter your age.

"We think that change has to be led by example. We hope that young people are watching what's going on in the world around them and are joining in on the conversation in whatever ways they can," Josh told Seventeen. "From anything we put out there, we hope young people realize that their influence has both power and impact."
