ST. LOUIS — The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) runs the annual Christmas-themed NORAD Santa Tracker program. NORAD is a joint organization between the United States and Canada responsible for aerospace warning and defense.

The NORAD Santa Tracker has evolved into a high-tech operation. NORAD uses radar, satellites, jet fighters, and Santa Cams to track Santa’s journey around the world on Christmas Eve.

The tracker is available online, allowing people worldwide to follow Santa’s progress in real-time. It includes interactive maps, videos, and other festive features, making it a popular activity for families during the holiday season.
