PSA: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale dates were just released, and we’re already counting down to July 17. Even though the year has just started, July will be here before we know it. When it comes to the most anticipated sale of the year, it makes sense to get prepared early, so you go into the summer with an idea of the items you have your eyes on. It’s time to get to work, make your list, and get ready to shop ’til you drop.

In case you haven’t had the pleasure of shopping this much-anticipated yearly sale, it’s the biggest sale Nordstrom offers, so you certainly don’t want to sleep on this event. Unlike traditional sales, where older products get discounted to make way for newer versions, this one-of-a-kind event is all about brand new products from your favorite brands. And when the sale’s over, they’ll go back to the regular price.
Last year, the sale began to open to the public on July 15. And on July 6th, cardholders got the opportunity. to shop the sale before it opened to the public. This year, the sale will follow a similar schedule. Yes, there are perks to becoming a Nordstrom cardholder — in this case, you get to shop the coveted sale first before the public beginning on July 11 for Icon cardholders. On July 12, Ambassador access opens, then Influencers. The sale then opens to non-cardholders on July 17 and runs until August 6.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Preview Date
Last year, in lieu of the print catalog, everyone could preview the sale ahead of time to start curating their wish list ahead of time. This year, everyone can preview the deals, but Nordstrom has not released the anticipated date yet.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Dates
The sale opens to everyone on July 17 and ends on August 6, but if you’re a Nordstrom cardmember, you’ll get early access. The sale dates are in four waves:
Icons: July 11
Ambassadors: July 12
Influencers: July 13
Everyone: July 17

How to Shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
You’ll be able to shop in stores or online — curbside pickup is available too. Make sure to download the Nordstrom app, so you can get push notifications and preview the sale from your phone.
