Nordstrom Rack To Reopen In Langhorne

LANGHORNE, PA — The Nordstrom Rack store in Langhorne is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, the clothing company has announced.

The store, located in Lincoln Plaza at 2424 Lincoln Hwy., will open starting Thursday, June 18, while Bucks County remains under the yellow phase of Pennsylvania's coronavirus plan.

Under the plan, businesses in counties under the yellow phase may open with health restrictions in place, including limiting the number of people in stores, shields and barriers at check-in areas and requiring masks for customers and employees.

"Your health and the health of our employees are our priorities. More than anything, we want you to feel safe and comfortable when you're shopping with us," Nordstrom said on its website. "We're making updates to our stores and the way we serve you to create a store environment that's safe for everyone."

The Langhorne store will be open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thursday, according to its website.

Nordstrom closed all its stores in March due to the coronavirus outbreak and, last month, announced that 16 stores would be closed permanently.

The company said the closures are a result of both the coronavirus, and market trends pushing more shoppers online. According to Nordstrom, more than half of their sales now come through their website.
