North Indian Canyon Drive and Gene Autry Trail in Palm Springs reopened on Saturday after being closed because of blowing dust.

The Palm Springs Police Department closed North Indian Canyon Drive around 3 p.m. on Friday and Gene Autry Trail around 9 p.m. on Friday after strong wind created dust clouds and poor visibility within the wash areas of both roads.

Palm Springs Police announced North Indian Canyon Drive reopened just after noon and Gene Autry Trail just before 2 p.m..
