With apple- and pumpkin-picking season underway, the West Milford Police Department is taking measures to try to alleviate traffic on the weekends through the rest of the month, specifically on Greenwood Lake and Warwick turnpikes. There may be heavy traffic in the area, so plan extra time or alternate routes for travel.

Maluma performs at the Prudential Center Sunday night. The Devils play the first two games of the official NHL season at the Rock on Thursday and Friday. The venue hosts Audacy's We Can Survive concert on Saturday.

Elsewhere in North Jersey, be on the lookout for roadwork that will cause lane closures on major roadways, as well as the Lincoln Tunnel.
