In a sign that Russia is running low on its ammunition, North Korea has reportedly supplied Russia with more than 1 million artillery shells, the secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, has said.

During an interview on Ukrainian television on Nov. 2, Danilov remarked that Russia’s military capabilities appear to be diminishing.

Danilov further dismissed claims that Ukraine is losing support from its international allies, attributing such reports to Russian propaganda.

“Since the first day of the (latest Russian) aggression on Feb. 24, the commitments made by the leaders of (the world’s top) nations remain firm,” he said.

According to a report by news agency Bloomberg on Nov. 1, a North Korean shipment of over 1 million artillery shells to Russia is expected to last the country for two months.
