The state did not approve the site plan’s North Mount Juliet Road entrance, said Mark Lineberry of Lineberry Properties. The state felt the entrance was too close to the intersection, he said.

An entrance off Lebanon Road for the Whataburger remains as part of the plan.

Lineberry is working with the city on a new plan, which includes extending the entrance on Mount Juliet Road to Slim Chickens. The entrance would extend to a future Camel Express Car Wash and the Whataburger, Lineberry said.
