North Myrtle Beach Hit by Tropical Storm Elsa

Strong wind and heavy rain rolled into parts of South Carolina on Thursday morning, July 8, as Tropical Storm Elsa moved north, the National Weather Service said.

Footage shared by Denise Altman shows low visibility in North Myrtle Beach on Thursday morning as Elsa dumped rain on the coastal Carolinas.
