Northern Indiana Artists all-member exhibit continues at the Kroc Center in South Bend

SOUTH BEND — Northern Indiana Artists’ annual all-member exhibit continues through March 18 at Kroc Center, 900 W. Western Ave.

Based in South Bend, NIA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of creative art. It celebrated its 80th year in 2022.

Members work in a range of art media, including oils, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, printmaking, photography, clay, metals, digital art and mixed media. Artists must pass an independent jury process to become members.

Members were allowed to submit up to two works, with all submissions accepted.

Robert Nowalk, art educator and operator of the Unintended Curator Gallery in Culver, served as the judge.

A reception and awards ceremony takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 18.

Hours are 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays, 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.

Admission is free.
