Northland’s popular Cadence community planning second phase

Conveniently located just east of N. Platte Purchase Road on NW 108th Street, Cadence is a developing mixed-use new home community that when completed, will include 514 single family homes spread over 202 acres.

Each builder offers a variety of floor plans and design finishes to suit any lifestyle. Buyers can choose between 80 floor plans that range in size up to six bedrooms and feature three car garages.

Cadence offers an onsite information center, as well as several existing and planned model homes for prospective homebuyers to tour.

Buyers may choose one at foundation stage and still have time to select finishes, or for those who need or want to move soon, several homes could be complete in under 45 days.

Those looking to craft their home from scratch will have their opportunity in the second phase of Cadence which is anticipated to open in 2022, in early summer.
