Northwood Development on vision for entertainment venue at Ballantyne project, what’s still to come
An entertainment venue that’s part of Northwood Development’s Ballantyne Reimagined project is beginning to take shape.

Construction crews broke ground at the 3.5-acre property in July 2021, and a little more than a year later, the structure is vertical. The amphitheater’s steel structure, tiered seating area and exposed concrete walls are now built out. Northwood senior vice president Clifton Coble said crews are now preparing to pour the stage.
“We’re almost halfway home,” he said.
