ESPN college football analyst Tim Tebow was on "SEC Now" on Wednesday during the 2022 Southeastern Conference Media Days.

Tebow was on a panel with analysts Greg McElroy and Takeo Spikes.

They were discussing which SEC football team had the most to replace in 2022, and Tebow pointed to Ole Miss.

"I'm really interested to see what Ole Miss looks like," Tebow said. "It's such a successful season last year, but you're losing (offensive coordinator) Jeff Lebby. I think that's a huge loss. And then, you're also trying to replace probably the best quarterback in school history — and you're doing it with two very different guys. One that is a talented pocket passer. The other, Jaxson Dart, is very talented but didn't have a good spring game and still has to figure a few things out. So that's a lot of question marks for me, but I still think they can figure it out. They've got enough talent to still be very scary."

Matt Corral is the quarterback that Tebow referred to as "probably the best quarterback in school history."

Corral started all 13 games for Ole Miss in 2021. He threw for 3,349 yards and 20 touchdowns. He rushed for 614 yards and 11 touchdowns. In 2021, Ole Miss football went 10-3 and reached the Sugar Bowl.

The two Ole Miss quarterbacks with their jerseys retired by Ole Miss are Archie and Eli Manning. Former Ole Miss defensive back Chucky Mullins is the only other Ole Miss player with his jersey retired.

Eli Manning, who played at Ole Miss from 2000-03, finished third in Heisman Trophy voting in 2003. Eli's dad Archie Manning, who played at Ole Miss from 1968-70, finished fourth in 1969 Heisman Trophy voting and third in 1970 Heisman Trophy voting.

Corral finished seventh in Heisman Trophy voting in 2021.

The Carolina Panthers selected Corral with the 30th pick in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
