Not cooking on Christmas in Erie? Here's what is and isn't open and how late

Sometimes the ham gets dried out, the turkey fails to thaw or no one really knows how to cook. Maybe the head holiday chef is down with a bug. Or Christmas Eve celebrations went on a little late and now no one can face the kitchen. Maybe where you come from, there is no Christmas dinner and the grocery stores are closed. Maybe you just want a place to grab a drink after your third argument with Uncle Charlie.

Be at peace. There are watering holes and eateries in Erie County that would love to serve you and your happy band of celebrants. Or just you.

However you roll on Christmas, put down the Cheerios and head to one of these places for a warm, nourishing meal, or a hot or cold drink. They got you.
