According to Insomnia Cookies’ website, customers pick 12 classic cookies and one of four break-up messages, including “It’s not me, it’s you,” “You’re sweet, but not my flavor,” “I have hots for your roommate” and “We’re done. Have a nice life.”

“Even cookies understand the need for a clean break,” the company said in a Facebook post. “Enjoy the bittersweet taste of moving on while our cookies convey the timeless message: ‘It’s not me – it’s you.’ Because sometimes, crumbs are all that’s left.”
