Bomba Taco + Bar, Newtown

While most flights help the indecisive, Bomba’s three tasty trios will leave you with some tough choices to make.

The Dip Trio comes with their house guacamole, traditional queso dip and a choice of salsa. Or choose three of their five varieties of salsa with the Salsa Trio: Black bean and Corn, Caribbean Mango, Fire-roasted Tomato, Charred Tomatillo and Pico de Gallo.

If ceviche is at the top of your list of favorite appetizers, then you’ll definitely want to try the Ceviche Trilogy at Quinoa. This popular Peruvian dish is made with raw seafood marinated in fresh lime juice.

The trilogy comes with their Limeño, a traditional ceviche made with corvina and yellow Peruvian pepper; Mixto, which combines corvina, shrimp, octopus and calamari; and Chifa, a Chinese-influenced ceviche, made with corvina and garnished with pickled vegetables, peanuts, sesame oil and fried wontons.
