Chef Sam Hart is the Counter- and Biblio chef and owner and was a finalist for Best Chef Southeast in the 2023 James Beard Awards.
Over here at CharlotteFive, we love pizza. So when chef Sam Hart embarked on an adventure that involved eating 24 pizzas from 24 different pizzerias in 24 days, we got out the popcorn — er, pepperoni. We wanted to know everything.
And today, Sam is sharing all the notes. Here’s how to follow along:
